Appointments

We operate by appointment and try to be as punctual as possible. Please call our office at least 24 hours in advance if you are unable to honor an appointment. Less than 24 hours may result in a charge for loss of time.

Location and Parking
|
|
Our offices are located in the Portland Medical Center in downtown Portland, Oregon. Situated on 10th Avenue between Washington and Alder, the building is convenient to major access routes such as I-5 and I-405.

We will validate for parking at the Smart Park parking garage. This facility is located two blocks south of the Medical Center on 10th Avenue, between Morrison and Yamhill. Our receptionist will validate your parking ticket as you leave our office.

Financial Policy
|

Since we are not a party to the agreement between you and your insurance carrier, it is not our policy to contact carriers to establish why payment has not been made or why payment was less than originally expected. If any payment is subsequently made by your insurance carrier in excess of the balance due, we will refund the credit amount to you.

A discount will be given for payment in full by check or cash at the time of service for all amounts exceeding $100. MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover Card are also welcome. No discount will be given. If you need to make financial arrangements, please let us know.

Anxiety about Surgery
|

Please let us know if you are anxious about surgery. Dr. Anderson and staff are experienced in working with apprehensive patients. We do our best to make you as relaxed and comfortable as possible.
